Business advisory
Advice before any loan
Most financing problems are really business structure problems. We start by looking at what the business earns, what it already owes, and what it is trying to do next — and only then talk about which loan might fit.

What an advisory session covers
Practical, document-based work — not a sales pitch.
Debt review
Every loan you have mapped out: term, cost, security and what each one is really doing for the business.
Cashflow check
What the company can afford to repay each month without hurting operations, even in a slower quarter.
Funding readiness
How your paperwork will look to a lender today, and what gaps are worth fixing first.
Which route suits you
Whether a bank, a private funder or another type of provider genuinely fits your situation.
Timing advice
When to apply, in what order, and what to avoid doing beforehand.
Growth and succession funding
Planning funds for new outlets, more capacity, buying another business or a change in ownership.

How a review works
01
Brief
A short conversation about what the business is trying to do.
02
Documents
We ask for the usual documents and go through them properly.
03
Your position
We work out what you can afford to repay and how lenders will see your file.
04
Options
We set out realistic options and explain the trade-offs plainly.
05
Your decision
You decide what happens next. Nothing moves without your go-ahead.

Documents usually needed
- 6 months of business bank statements
- 2 years of financial statements
- 2 years of Notices of Assessment for each director
- Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) report per guarantor
- ACRA business profile and directors' NRIC
- Existing loan letters and repayment schedules
- Debtor and creditor ageing lists
- Any contracts, purchase orders or quotations relevant to your plan
Questions owners ask
Is advisory separate from arranging financing?
Advisory comes first. Some companies leave with a loan to apply for; others leave with a plan to fix their paperwork and come back in a few months.
What if the answer is that we should not borrow now?
Then that is what we will tell you. Taking the wrong loan at the wrong time is one of the costliest mistakes an SME can make.
Do you work with our accountant?
Often, yes. Your accountant knows your history; we read the same numbers the way a lender will read them.
Is there any obligation after a review?
No. Nothing is submitted anywhere without your written go-ahead.
