How we work

Understand → Assess → Structure → Prepare → Submit With You

Five steps, done in order, with nothing skipped. A case that is properly prepared gets a better hearing from any provider.

The five steps in detail

  1. 01

    Understand

A consultant looks at six months of bank statements, two years of financials, your NOA, credit report, ageing and existing commitments, then talks to you about what the money is for.

  2. 02

    Assess

We check your position against each provider's current criteria. We note what fits, what doesn't, and why.

  3. 03

    Structure

We suggest an amount, tenure and facility type sized to what your cashflow can carry, and explain the trade-offs — cost versus tenure, speed versus price — in plain terms.

  4. 04

    Prepare

We put together a complete file with clear documents and answers ready for the questions a provider is likely to ask.

  5. 05

    Submit With You

You see the shortlist and the case first. We submit nothing without your written instruction, and you know who we are approaching and in what order.

What we need from you

A complete file is the fastest thing you can give us.

  • 6 months of business bank statements
  • 2 years of financial statements
  • 2 years of Notices of Assessment per guarantor
  • Credit Bureau report where relevant
  • ACRA business profile and directors' NRIC
  • Debtor and creditor ageing listings
  • All existing facility letters and repayment schedules
  • Full disclosure of arrears, disputes or restructuring

How we use analysis tooling

Support, never decision

Our internal tools sort documents and spot patterns. They give an early read only — they cannot and do not approve anything.

A named consultant signs off

A person reviews every assessment before it reaches you. If the tool and the consultant disagree, the consultant's view is what counts.

Clear reasoning

Each recommendation shows which documents and which provider criteria it is based on, so you can check the logic yourself.

Talk through your financing position

A Loura consultant will review your position and tell you plainly what is realistic before anything is submitted anywhere.
