LOURA ADVISORY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202639463Z), trading as Loura Advisory, provides business financing and capital advisory services. We are not a bank or finance company. We do not approve credit, issue facilities or disburse funds.

Any facility discussed is provided by an independent third-party financing provider under that provider's own criteria, documentation and approval process.

2. No offer and no guarantee

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a representation that financing will be made available.

We do not guarantee approval, funding, quantum, interest rates, fees, tenure or any other terms. Amounts and ranges shown are illustrative only.

3. Information only, not advice to act

Website content is general information and does not take account of your specific circumstances. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before entering into any financing arrangement.

4. Your responsibilities

When engaging with us you agree to the following.

• Provide information and documents that are true, accurate and complete
• Disclose all existing facilities, obligations, arrears and disputes
• Confirm you are authorised to submit information on behalf of the company and its guarantors
• Not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes

5. Submissions require your instruction

We do not submit your case to any financing provider without your written instruction. You are responsible for reviewing the case and the shortlist before authorising submission.

6. Third-party providers

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, pricing or terms of any financing provider. Your financing contract, if any, is entered into with that provider directly.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, marks and graphics, belongs to Loura Advisory or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loura Advisory is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
