Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Loura Advisory collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights over it.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. Who we are
Loura Advisory is a business financing and capital advisory practice operating in Singapore. We advise companies on financing structure and route. We are not a lender and we do not approve or issue credit.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us and information generated in the course of assessing a case.
- Contact and identity details of directors, shareholders and authorised representatives, including NRIC where required by a provider
- Company information such as ACRA profile, shareholding and corporate structure
- Financial information including bank statements, financial statements, Notices of Assessment, ageing listings and existing facility documents
- Credit information including Credit Bureau (CBS) reports
- Correspondence and file notes created during the advisory engagement
- Basic technical data from this website, such as pages viewed and general device information
3. Why we use it
We use information only for purposes connected to the advisory engagement you have asked us to undertake.
- To assess your financing position and prepare a recommendation
- To prepare a financing case and, on your written instruction, submit it to selected providers
- To communicate with you and maintain your case record
- To meet legal, regulatory, audit and record-keeping obligations
- To secure our systems and detect misuse
4. Disclosure to third parties
We disclose your information to banks, private funders and other financing providers only where you have given written instruction for a case to be submitted to a named provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute your file to providers you have not approved.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, or where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.
5. Automated analysis
We use internal analysis tooling to classify documents and to support preliminary assessment. This tooling does not approve financing and does not make decisions about you. Every assessment is reviewed and signed off by a named consultant.
6. Security
Documents are stored in access-controlled storage. Access is limited to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis and access events are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
7. Retention
We retain case information for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and for any legal, regulatory or audit retention period that applies. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual constraints. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer act for you.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
