Business financing
Business and SME Loans, Built Around Your Company
Most SME loans go wrong because the conversation starts with a product on offer, rather than your company's actual position. We look at your bank statements, your financials and what you already owe first, then advise you on structure, amount and the right route.
Loan size follows what you can afford to repay, not a headline number

Amounts and terms depend on eligibility and provider assessment. Response time is not approval time; no approval date is promised.

What does it cost?
Provider interest and charges
Check whether the rate is annual or monthly, flat or reducing-balance, and whether repayments include principal. EIR, where published, is separate from the advertised rate. Allow for processing, upfront, annual, legal, valuation and early-settlement charges where applicable.
Loura service fee
Separate from provider charges; no fee is assumed in the estimate. Your adviser confirms whether a Loura fee applies and its amount before you decide to proceed. All provider charges must be confirmed in the offer.

Actual rates, fees, LTV, tenure and approval depend on the financing provider and your assessment. Provider, legal, valuation and other fees are excluded unless shown. FAQ
How does a business term loan work?
You receive a fixed amount upfront and repay it in equal monthly instalments over an agreed period, usually one to five years. Each instalment covers part of the loan plus interest.
Can I repay the loan early?
Usually yes, but some providers charge an early repayment fee. Check the facility letter before signing so you know the cost of settling early.
What do banks usually look for?
Most banks want to see at least one to two years of trading, steady revenue, healthy bank statements and a clean repayment record for the company and its directors. Each bank sets its own criteria.
