Refinancing
Refinancing and Restructuring Existing Commitments
Refinancing is worth doing when the new structure genuinely improves your position — and not otherwise. We review what you are carrying today, what it costs to exit, and what the alternatives actually look like before recommending any move.
Whether refinancing helps depends on your existing terms, exit costs and provider assessment

- Indicative amount

Amounts and terms depend on eligibility and provider assessment. Response time is not approval time; no approval date is promised.
Why businesses and individuals refinance
Tell us what you need the financing for, and we'll help you explore suitable options.
Existing business facilities
Re-terming company loans whose repayment schedule no longer matches trading reality.
Existing personal financing
Reviewing personal loans and card balances that have become expensive to service.
Property loans
Repricing or refinancing a mortgage once the lock-in position allows a move.
Consolidation
Bringing multiple obligations into one structure where the arithmetic genuinely supports it.
Cashflow relief
Extending tenure to lower the monthly obligation, with the total cost consequence made explicit.
Cleaning up a loan stack that's grown too big
Where you have several loans, sorting out all of them together rather than one loan.
What does it cost?
Provider interest and charges
Check whether the rate is annual or monthly, flat or reducing-balance, and whether repayments include principal. EIR, where published, is separate from the advertised rate. Allow for processing, upfront, annual, legal, valuation and early-settlement charges where applicable.
Loura service fee
Separate from provider charges; no fee is assumed in the estimate. Your adviser confirms whether a Loura fee applies and its amount before you decide to proceed. All provider charges must be confirmed in the offer.

Repayments include principal and interest at a constant rate. Upfront fees are paid separately or deducted, not added to the loan. This rate is not EIR.
Illustrative estimate only, using illustrative example figures (amounts, rates, LTV and fees) — not verified provider offers, a loan offer or approval. Actual rates, fees, LTV, tenure and approval depend on the financing provider and your assessment. Provider, legal, valuation and other fees are excluded unless shown. Any Loura service fee is separate and disclosed before you decide to proceed.

FAQ
Will consolidation always save money?
Not always. It depends on the new interest rate, fees and tenure. A longer tenure may lower the monthly payment but increase total interest. We compare the before and after with you.
Which loans can be combined?
Business term loans, credit lines and some short-term facilities can often be combined. Each provider decides which debts it will refinance.
Are there costs to settle my current loans?
Possibly. Some existing loans charge early settlement fees. These should be included when deciding whether consolidating is worthwhile.
