Renovation financing
Renovation Financing for Homes, Shops and Commercial Premises
Renovation costs rarely land in one lump, and financing that ignores the payment schedule creates strain before the works are finished. We match the structure to the contractor quotation, the drawdown stages and the repayment you can genuinely carry.
Sized to the quotation and to serviceable repayment, subject to assessment

Amounts and terms depend on eligibility and provider assessment. Response time is not approval time; no approval date is promised.

Home renovation
HDB and private residential works — kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, wiring, built-in carpentry.
New home fit-out
First fit-out after key collection, where costs are highest and savings are already committed.
Shop and F&B fit-out
Retail and food premises where a delayed opening directly costs revenue.
Office reinstatement
Reinstatement and make-good obligations at the end of a commercial lease.
Addition and alteration works
Larger A&A projects staged over several months and several payments.
Repairs and upgrading
Ageing electrical, plumbing or structural work that cannot reasonably be deferred.
What does it cost?
Provider interest and charges
Check whether the rate is annual or monthly, flat or reducing-balance, and whether repayments include principal. EIR, where published, is separate from the advertised rate. Allow for processing, upfront, annual, legal, valuation and early-settlement charges where applicable.
Loura service fee
Separate from provider charges; no fee is assumed in the estimate. Your adviser confirms whether a Loura fee applies and its amount before you decide to proceed. All provider charges must be confirmed in the offer.
Personal Financing Calculator
For eligible personal needs and debt consolidation. Savings from consolidation are not guaranteed.

Actual rates, fees, LTV, tenure and approval depend on the financing provider and your assessment. Provider, legal, valuation and other fees are excluded unless shown. Any Loura service fee is separate and disclosed before you decide to proceed.

FAQ
How much can I borrow?
Banks and licensed moneylenders in Singapore must follow limits based on your income. For many borrowers, the total unsecured amount across all lenders is capped at a multiple of monthly income.
What affects the interest rate?
Your income, credit record, existing debts and the provider. Advertised rates are often the lowest available, so your actual rate may be higher. Compare the effective interest rate (EIR), which includes fees.
Will applying affect my credit?
Each application is recorded on your credit report. Several applications in a short period can make providers more cautious, so it helps to apply selectively.
